Also, we had made some changes in the podcast show. We decided upon answering 2-3 questions per podcast so that we could give you more information in lesser time. We have answered 2 questions in this podcast, we had planned to complete it in around 20 minutes but the time duration has still gone up to around 35 minutes. We will try to make shorter podcasts so that it is easy and not time consuming for all the Shouters.

Thought of the week

For one week stop resisting your fear & insecurities. For example, if you are afraid of failure, just accept that you failed. If you are afraid of losing your job or a relationship, just accept that you lost it. Then ask yourself, what’s next? You would realize it wasn’t as bad as you were thinking.

This is a powerful exercise which will let your fear go. This will help you to see things beyond your fear. Always remember, When we resist anything, it manifest and affect us more.

For one week, wake up one hour earlier than you usually do. Use that time to do anything that you have been procrastinating for long. The best way to get it done is by sleeping one hour early.
