By breathing properly, we can shift the physiology of both our body and mind. This is why, in all rejuvenation and healing modalities, great attention is given to breath. Breath also carries subtle energy (Prana), and a lack of it often leads to unconscious contraction in the physical body, leaving the brain deprived of oxygen.
Deep, continuous breathing is a powerful technique to build a new relationship with your body and mind. Here, I’m sharing a guided 10-minute deep breathing track that I personally use every day to uplift my energy.
